Located among the Jacaranda lined streets of Sydney’s lower North Shore, this ultra luxurious development comprises four apartments, each spanning two levels. These residences boast sought after views of Sydney's CBC skylight and iconic landmarks, the Harbour Bridge and Opera House.

We were entrusted with head project management (client side), overseeing project documentation, builder procurement, contract execution and supervision of construction through to structure.

In representing the developer, our primary focus was ensuring stringent benchmarks for quality and cutting edge design, whilst meeting project targets for time and cost. The design of the development by Redgen Mathieson emphasizes sophisticated luxury, and meticulous attention to every detail.
